Delivery timelines depend on timely access to final materials, approvals, references, pronunciation guides, terminology, and any other information required to complete the work. Zapphire Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete materials, late feedback, third-party platforms, or client-side approval delays.
4. Client Materials and Responsibilities
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and licenses needed to provide all scripts, videos, audio, images, references, music, trademarks, game builds, and other materials submitted to Zapphire Studios.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables, requesting corrections within the agreed review window, and confirming that final files meet your intended use, platform requirements, and legal obligations.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Revisions
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, cancellation fees, and final delivery conditions will be specified in the project quote or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, work may be paused if invoices are overdue or required approvals are pending.
Included revisions apply only to adjustments within the approved project scope. Script changes, creative redirection, new materials, additional versions, or changes requested after final approval may be billed separately.

Final usage rights for recordings, translations, subtitles, mixes, edits, and other deliverables depend on the approved quote and any applicable talent, union, licensing, platform, or territory restrictions. Zapphire Studios may reference completed public projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality terms or written client instructions prohibit it.
7. Confidentiality
Zapphire Studios treats non-public client materials, unreleased content, production documents, and project communications as confidential. We may share materials only with team members, contractors, voice talent, engineers, or service providers who need access to perform the requested work.
